Where Arboriculture Meets Art

After spending over 20 years in the arboriculture industry and operating Integrity Tree Co. in Greenville, SC, Josh Moye considered how to reclaim some of the hundreds of tree logs that went to the dump each year. Everyday his company paid to offload hardwood logs that would be ground into mulch. He knew there had to be a way to transform this urban natural resource into useful and enduring pieces of art.

David Davis has spent years in Colorado Springs instructing woodworking courses on the High School and College levels. After moving his family to Greenville, SC in order to join Josh’s team of arborists in 2020, David began to learn what trees looked like on the outside before they were milled into boards and crafted into furniture. His passion for woodcraft only grew until the company was able to branch out and offer local custom services to the clients of Integrity Tree Co., as well as those who want a custom furniture piece tailored to their space.

Working together, Josh and David bring into unique harmony the expertise of the certified arborist and the art of the experienced wood craftsman.
